A quarrel and confrontation at Hotel Rums - What happened in the city center

There was a quarrel at the Rums Hotel. According to Prime Time, there was a physical confrontation on the grounds of controversy between several people, which resulted in two people in administrative order. The investigation is under Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
