Wilson: I congratulate the Georgian people on the day of Independence

I am grateful that I congratulate the Georgian people on the Day of Independence. I urge the Senate to quickly accept the Megobari Act in support of the brave people of Georgia, who have been struggling for more than 180 days for their country and families.
