GYLA: Mzia Amaglobeli's refusal to consider the custody in appeal

The Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA) reports that they have applied to the Kutaisi Court of Appeals to abolish the detention of Mzia Amaghlobeli, the founder of the Netgazeti and Batumelebi. According to GYLA, the lawsuit concerns the cancellation of the decision made by the Batumi City Court on February 14, which is illegal.
