From the first of December, it is mandatory to equip vehicles with winter tires on certain sections of the road. Winter tires must meet special criteria. In case of non-compliance with the winter tire and anti-skid chain requirements, the person will be fined 100 GEL and the number of points awarded for the driver's license will be reduced by five points.
