The implementation of the law on organ transplantation will be postponed until September 1, 2026

The implementation of the law on transplantation of human organs will be postponed. The initiative belongs to Zaza Lominadze and Vladimir Kakhadze, members of the Parliament of Georgia, and it was supported by the committee. As Vladimer Kakhadze said at today's meeting of the Health Committee, the purpose of the postponement is to give the sector appropriate deadlines for change.
