Small amount of marijuana -related responsibility is strained

Illegal purchase or storage of up to five grams of dried marijuana in Georgia is now punishable by up to six years in prison. On July 2, the Parliament of the Georgian Dream adopted the relevant legislative changes in the Criminal Code of the Country of the Country of Criminal Code to keep marijuana and hemp with another drug.
