Coles: The states sanctioned Ivanishvili, the European Union should do the same

The United States has sanctioned Bidzina Ivanishvili, Russia's puppet in Georgia, for undermining democracy and betraying Georgia's Euro-Atlantic future. The EU must do the same to support the Georgian people and their struggle for a democratic, European future under legitimate leadership.
