Giorgi Amilakhvar resigned from the position of Minister of Education

The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Giorgi Amilakhvari, has resigned. He made a statement about this at the briefing held today. Amilakhvari held the post of minister from March 20, 2023. Giorgi Amilakhvar replaced Mikheil Chkhenkeli in the position of minister. Before that, Amilakhvari was the chairman of the Education and Science Committee of the Parliament. A few days ago, the Minister of Culture Thea Tsulukiani also resigned. Unlike him, Giorgi Amilakhvari is not on the list.
