The US Court of Appeals restored Trump tariffs

The US Court of Appeal has restored the rates of tariffs for President Donald Trump to dozens of countries. The resolution adopted by the Court of Appeal states that the applicants should introduce their position to the court by June 5 and the respondent party until June 9. Afterwards, the US International Trade Court blocked the rate of Trump's tariffs in April yesterday and blamed the White House leader in excess of authority.
