Is December 17 lucky?

On December 17, the Orthodox world remembers the holy great martyr Barbara, who was martyred for Christianity at the beginning of the 4th century. On this day, along with barbarism, Georgians also congratulate each other on good luck. They believe that the way they behave on this day, the whole year will go like that. The church has a different opinion on this. The answer of the clergy is one thing: luck is a superstition. On December 17, we celebrate the holy holiday of barbarism, not luck.
