Zviad Zviadadze, in memory of Giga Otkhozoria, paid tribute to family members and local authorities

Zviad Zviadadze, Head of the Department of Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and the former South Ossetian Autonomous District of the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, was performed on the tomb of Giga Otkhozoria with family members and local authorities. Zviad Zviadadze expressed compassion for Giga Otkhozoria's family members and decorated his grave with flowers.
