With the involvement of TBC Capital, Silk Road Group became the owner of the former Hotel Rooms Kokhta

With the support of TBC Capital, the Georgian guest-host industry merged/one of the largest deals-Silk Road Group purchased the building of the Rooms Kokhta Hotel, which was owned by Adjara Group. TBC Capital has played the role of the seller's exclusive advisor in this transaction.
