Vietnam has announced $ 48 billion projects to stimulate the economy

The Vietnam Government is investing about 478 trillion dong ($ 18 billion) in 129 projects, from urban development to transport, according to the Bloomberg government statement. Another 121 projects, worth $ 30.5 billion, will be funded by other sources, including foreign companies.
