There is a large-scale fire in occupied Abkhazia. The mandarin plantation near Makhunjia village in Gali region is on fire. There is a danger of the fire spreading to residential houses. It is not excluded that the population will need to be evacuated. For safety reasons, the power has been turned off. The strong wind and the lack of human resources prevent the extinguishing of the fire. Local and Russian media write that there is a shortage of firefighters on the ground.
