The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has published a memorandum on the intention of obtaining minerals signed with the United States yesterday. The document consists of nine points. The Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy, Julia Svirenko and the secretary of the US Treasury, Scott Bessent, is signed by Memorandum.
