The High Council of Justice will decide on photo/video shooting in court - Archil Gorduladze

The High Council of Justice will make a decision on photo/video shooting in court. The amendment is included in the Law on Common Courts. According to the original bill initiated by the parliament, this authority had a judge, but during the parliamentary discussions the project was corrected and this right was transferred to the High Council of Justice.
