The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Holy See has given Pope Leon XIV credentials

On June 17, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, David Mekvabishvili, handed over the credentials to Pope Pope Leon XIV. After the finished ceremony, the ambassador's meeting was held with the Pope. The Pope wished the Ambassador to the future work. The Ambassador of Georgia gave the Pope a gift to St. Nino's Cross and a book about Georgian manuscripts.
