State Minister Tea Akhvlediani attended the events on the celebration of Novruz Bairam in Lagodekhi and congratulated the ethnic Azeri population of Kabbalah on the feast of Novruz Bairam. The State Minister also visited the ethnic corners of the village of Uzuntala and inspected the exhibition corners of local entrepreneurs.
