State flags are allowed on all administrative buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the day of the fall of Sokhumi

On the day of the fall of Sokhumi and in honor of those killed in the war in Abkhazia, state flags landed on the administrative buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. The war lasted for 13 months and 13 days. 32 years have passed since the fall of Sokhumi.
