Personnel changes will be made in Tbilisi City Hall. As Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze announced today at the meeting of the capital's government, Nino Bagashvili will replace Viktor Tsilosan as the head of the Transport and Urban Development Agency, and Mariam Kvernadze will replace Irakli Tavartkiladze as the head of the City Hall Property Management Agency.
