Parliament has adopted a draft law on compulsory Georgian language in higher education institutions at the first reading

Parliament discussed the draft law on amendments to the Law of Georgia on Higher Education at the first reading and was unanimously supported by 79 votes. Givi Mikanadze, Chairman of the Committee on Education, Science and Youth Affairs, presented a change in Georgian Law on Higher Education.
