Officers of the Imereti Forestry Service have identified illegal extraction and transportation of timber near the village of Gordi. The offenders were transported to 5 cubic meters of red listed Chestnut species without a state license at a highway. Since the case contains signs of criminal offense, the materials are sent to the relevant agency for further response.
