We see artificially desperate attempts to destabilize that are funded from abroad. This means that with various foreign forces they are trying to handle our sovereignty and territorial integrity, - said Nikoloz Samkharadze, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Parliament of Georgia in a speech at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
