Mikheil Kavelashvili pardoned 613 convicts

The President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, pardoned 613 convicted persons on the occasion of Epiphany. The use of the exclusive powers granted to him by the Constitution by the President of Georgia is based on the principle of humanism and the state interest. With the outstanding humane attitude, pardoned persons were given the opportunity to return to their families and become full members of society again.
