Last year more than 8,600 water interrupted for GWP users-Energy Ombudsman

As of 2024, the Energy Ombudsman Service started the case on water supply and sewage issues on the basis of 244 applications. According to the Public Defender's annual report, 618 recommendations/motions were sent to the licensee companies.
