Irakli Khmaladze has been appointed Deputy Minister of Justice. Irakli Khmaladze is a lawyer by profession. He has many years of experience in the public service. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Minister of Justice, he held the position of Vice-Mayor of Tbilisi.
