In Russia WhatsApp and Telegram were partially restricted

The Russian Communications Regulatory Authority, the same Rosocomadzor, officially confirmed that the phone calls were partially restricted to telegram and WhatsApp. The Russian authorities have long, in various ways, deliberately limiting access to the Internet to Russian citizens.
