In connection with the 31st anniversary of the fall of Sukhumi, state flags were lowered on all administrative buildings of the Ministry of Defense, as well as on all military bases in the regions of Georgia.

In connection with the 31st anniversary of the fall of Sukhumi and in order to honor the memory of those who died in the war in Abkhazia, state flags were lowered on all administrative buildings of the Defense Department, as well as on all military bases in the regions of Georgia. It ended with the fall of Sokhumi in September.
