In 2024, visits to Georgia from the Persian Gulf countries will increase significantly

International visits to Georgia continue to grow from the Persian Gulf countries.  In 2024, there were 140,739 international visits from the Persian Gulf countries to Georgia, the increase is +22.7% compared to 2023. It should be noted that travelers and residents of the Persian Gulf countries are characterized by high spending. Last year, 88,298 international visits from Saudi Arabia took place in Georgia, the increase compared to 2023 is +21%.  27,277 international visits took place from Kuwait in 2024, the increase compared to 2023 is +38.9%.
