Hungary and Slovakia blocked the 18th package of sanctions against Russia

Hungarian Foreign Minister, Peter Siadom, wrote on social network X that Hungary and Slovakia were blocked by the 18th package of sanctions against Russia at the EU Foreign Ministers.
