GNERC signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Kyrgyzstan Regulatory Office

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the National Commission for Energy and Water Supply of Energy and Water Supply Regulations (GNERC) and the Complex Regulation Department of Fuel and Energy Regulation at the Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan.
