Every third student of the higher education institution is a resident of Abkhazia. Accordingly, the university is a bridge between the population of temporary occupied Abkhazia and the locals, - said Minister of Education, Givi Mikanadze, in a speech at the opening of the new training building at Zugdidi State University.
