Giorgi Gabitashvili's candidacy for the position of Auditor General of the State Audit Office is voted on the plenary session today

Today, the legislative body will discuss the candidacy of Giorgi Gabitashvili as the auditor of the State Audit Office at the plenary sitting and vote. The general auditor, upon the nomination of the country's first legislator, is elected for 5 years. Giorgi Gabitashvili's candidacy is evaluated by the ruling team and says his knowledge and experience will further strengthen the audit service. The Georgian Dream says one of the strategic goals of the government is to fight corruption and that the auditor is of great importance.
