First we were in Tbilisi, now we are in Akhaltsikhe. The election process is going on very calmly, - said the international observer, expert Juan Efrain Rocha. The elections are monitored by more than 23,000 observers from 111 local observation organizations and more than 1,700 international observers from 76 international observation organizations. More than 2,800 representatives of 199 media organizations cover the process.
