EU foreign ministers are discussing Georgia today

The Council of Foreign Affairs of the European Union is discussing today Georgia and the parliamentary elections held in the country on October 26. The Council session will start at 09:30 local time in Brussels. The main speaker on the issue will be Joseph Borrell, the EU's highest representative in foreign policy and security issues. It is not yet known what decision the Council will make, however, according to media reports, it is unlikely that the EU will stop Georgia's visa-free travel.
