Cities where the greenery is expensive on real estate

While traveling to various European cities, my first impression, along with architecture, is linked to massively green zones, huge parks in the central part of the city and the unusually invaded natural pavement on the streets, leaving a sort of heartache with excitement, because I live in the city where I live in concrete.
