Bridgestone is planning to redeem shares of $ 2 billion

Japanese Bridgestone Corp. Tire maker plans to redeem shares of 300 billion yen (about $ 2 billion). According to the company, securities will be redeemed from February 20 to December 23. In all, Bridgestone plans to return about 11%of its own shares.
