Batumi City Hall received the EU grant

The Dream criticizes the EU policy on the one hand and the Fara law asks for registering a foreign country's influence in the Register of Anyone who receive any kind of funding within different EU projects, and on the other hand, municipal structures and organizations are receiving EU projects to finance a number of activities.
