The case of one of the leaders of the Lelo party, Badri Japaridze, was transferred to the court for substantially consideration. The decision was made by the Tbilisi City Court. The Tbilisi City Court discusses the admissibility of the evidence on the request of the temporary investigative commission of the Parliamentary Investigation Commission.
