Azerbaijan blames Armenia for opening a fire

According to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, Armenian troops opened fire from the directions of the Basarkechar district of Gariman and Yukhari Shorja. The units have taken adequate measures in these areas, ”the Azerbaijani defense agency said in a statement.
