Absolutely all laws and bylaws will be removed from the norms of the mandatory participation of NGOs in public decision -making process, said the leader of the parliamentary majority, the Chairman of the Georgian Dream and the executive secretary of the party, Mamuka Mdinaradze, at a press conference in parliament.
